• 6:00 PM — Doors open! Enjoy a welcome drink and delicious hors d'oeuvres prepared by our talented Culinary Program students.
• 7:00 PM — Shuffle up and deal! Tournament play begins.
• Approx. 11:00 PM — Final hands and crowning our champion.
